Yahoo! Japan’s new area search
Oct. 11, Yahoo! Japan kicked off it’s beta version of area search service. (area-search.yahoo.co.jp)
It provides two search windows, the firlst one for the location/landmarks, and the other one for the type of businesses that you are looking for, i.e., “Osaka” + “movie theater”.
The search results includes the names, addresses, and the phone numbers of the businesses in the area, and the area map with each of the searvices marked.
