The survey is a little sensationalist. Children know what is right and what is wrong. Children should not need to be chaperoned on the internet, they need educating.

I have to agree with your comments on parents not taking an active role in education, but for many parents they do not know about computers, never mind installing net filters! I think schools need to up the approach on this if they want to ensure that their children’s, children are prepared and educated without the need for subjects like this to be taught in schools as I think it is a relatively basic subject.
